How to submit an infringement notice (takedown)
Send to [email protected] a notice containing the following elements (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification and location of the allegedly infringing material within the Service (link/post identifier);
- your contact details (name, address, email);
- a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, under penalty of perjury;
- your (electronic) signature.
