1. What this service is
govno.world is a pseudonymous social network for short text posts ("complaints") up to 365 characters, with comments and reactions. Using the service means you accept these terms. If you don't agree — don't use it.
2. Account and pseudonymity
- Sign-up uses an email and a nickname. No real name is required.
- Your nickname is a steady pseudonym. The "anonymous" flag only hides the nickname in the public view; an internal author identifier is always kept for moderation, appeals and legal compliance.
- You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
3. Content rules
- Illegal content, harassment, threats, spam and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are prohibited — zero tolerance.
- Posts and comments are screened by AI moderation before publishing; user reports and blocking are available.
- We may hide or remove material and restrict an account for breaking the rules. Heavy/crisis content gets a gentle path, not silent deletion.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to your posts. By posting, you grant the service a limited license to store and display your content to other users as part of running the service.
5. No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". govno.world is not a mental-health service and doesn't replace a professional. Exact warranty and liability wording will be in the final version.
6. Jurisdiction
The operator is SOWITA LLP (Republic of Kazakhstan). These terms are governed by Kazakhstani law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rules of your country of residence; the GDPR and the DSA apply to users in the EU. Full details: legal notice.
